Strat+ Advisory Services was formed in 2013 by André Kriening as a vehicle to assist business owners grow their leadership.

André is President of STRAT+ Advisory Services providing assistance to business leaders in the areas of Strategy, Operations, Finance and Enterprise Value Creation. Prior to founding STRAT+, André was President and owner of Sunwest Screen Graphics Ltd., a leading manufacturer and supplier of pressure-sensitive graphics to world class OEM’s such as Polaris, Harley Davidson and Bobcat. In his tenure at Sunwest, André was successful in developing a culture of leadership and accountability with a focus on daily continuous improvement.
